Sunshine GardenHouse greenhouse kits are one of the easiest DIY greenhouses to assemble while offering commercial-grade performance for hobby growers. This beautiful, all-natural redwood greenhouse is made in the U.S. and comes standard with many features not offered in other kits. Part of the Mt. Rainer series of Sunshine greenhouses, these eight-foot wide structures are made with a natural redwood frame and twin-wall polycarbonate panels for the roof and siding. An optional extension kit is available for the 8' x 12' to add an additional four feet in length should you grow out of your space.
Each GardenHouse backyard greenhouse includes four vents with automatic vent openers and lockable Dutch doors for secure entry. With up to four optional benches, you can optimize your space for growing any type of crop or seedlings. A base made of recycled plastic eliminates the need for a foundation. The greenhouse ships as pre-assembled panels, letting you easily assemble your GardenHouse in less than a day. It's also available with an optional wheelchair accessible door that is 39 inches wide. The wood frame and polycarbonate panels are shipped in pre-assembled sections, enabling this structure to be assembled in just a few hours. Easy to understand step-by-step assembly instructions and an informative video are included with every structure. Best of all, a six-foot ladder, tape measure and power drill are the only tools needed for assembly - even the door is pre-hung!
Durability
The Sunshine GardenHouse is constructed of beautiful and long-lasting natural redwood, a renewable resource. Durable 4.5mm twin-wall polycarbonate panels are UV treated and have up to 250 times the impact resistance of glass. The base is made of a recycled plastic simulated wood that allows you to build your GardenHouse directly on the ground and not worry about the base rotting over time. Finally, strong zinc-plated metal connecting brackets join the sections of your Sunshine Greenhouse together for long lasting durability.
Packaging
The modular wood and polycarbonate sections eliminate the need to unload heavy steel components from a commercial truck. Shipments are made via a common carrier truckline and can usually be handled by two people.
