Euro Hanging Baskets

These are durable, easy to use and attractive-looking hanging baskets. I use the 6.5 in size for growing/selling trailing succulents, and the 8-10 in sizes for larger crops such as spring/summer mixed bedding plants or strawberries for early season sales. I have a few of these baskets containing some of my trailing succulent stock plants, that are several years old, and while they will fade a little after a year+ in the intense, high altitude, Colorado sunshine we get here, it's not very noticeable; the plastic holds up quite well to the solar abuse and doesn't get brittle.

First time customer. Very impressed with the quality of planters and speed of delivery. Could not find hanging planters 12" or bigger at any local stores. For a large hanging planter I would have to spend a lot of money and basically be using a squarish ground planter which I would have to drill hanger holes into. And the 10" size is larger than a regular 10" planter. This 'CN-HBS' line has more volume than the other 'CN-HTS'line...compare specs and visual design. Because of size/weight, do use the wire hangers. Thrilled with the ecologically-sound packing...accordion pleated shredded cardboard boxes. Clever! My 45 year old (!!) christmas cacti will have a nice, roomy new home now and in the future. (They started in a 6" pot.). Really happy to have found Greenhouse megastore. Have a vegetable garden plus over 100 houseplants.

Poor design...get the smaller pots instead

I love the idea of these pots. They were actually my 2nd order from this store, but unfortunately they were a waste of money. Loved the 10" hanging pots we got, however the HUGE design flaw in the way the hangers attach to the 12" pots makes them useless. I've had them fall because there was too much stress on the lip of the pot that the hanger attaches to and it eventually gives way. Get the smaller size that has the holes for the hanger clips, they're much sturdier.
